• Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear are not eligible

• Items purchased during clearance or final sale, unless damaged or wrong
• Products returned without prior approval

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
